Oral Hygiene

When you first get up in the morning, brush your teeth before eating or drinking anything. Then gently brush your tongue, and after rinsing, get a spoon and gently scrape your tongue in a downward motion. Rinse again. Your tongue should be a healthy pink, not a gray-ish color. Scraping your tongue can help get rid of remaining bacteria that causes plaque. Every few days, make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. It's a tremendous tooth polish! A great mouthwash is a half and half solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. It oxygenates your gums and will remove tiny particles in the gumline that were missed by the brush, dental floss and stiumudents. It will also leave your breath air-fresh. Try this every 2 or 3 days. It is super for your gums!
