Stretch and De-Stress
Three ten minute lessons designed specifically for people in the workplace who are subject to job related stress which results in muscular tension in the upper back/shoulder/neck area. These stretching exercises are performed sitting on a chair . There are a total of 20 different exercises that were tested in group sessions and proven to dramatically reduce tension, pain and stress in the upper body.
