This 38 minute video is the perfect fitness routine for the student who is already familiar with the basic yoga postures. Assuming the practitioner is aware of the basic poses, this video has more of a flowing workout and less demonstrating and explaining than the beginner videotapes. Included is the limbering, shoulderstand, modified plough, fish, spinal twist, yoga mudra, yoga leg stretch, side torso stretch and full forward stretch, resulting in an overall body workout.
